OD 4000 & 4800 Paper Punches
The OD 4000 & 4800 are 11 inch open-ended punches that feature the patented EZ Change Slide Out die system for changing punch patterns by simply loosening 2 bolts. The OD 4000 is and electric punch while the OD 4800 is manually operated.
Both machines were designed with the operator in mind, offering quick, easy set-up such as easy pin pulls and pre-set paper stop positions. With a full year's warranty on the machine and the dies, this is truly an industry standard. You need look no further for the best.

Combo Binding Station (OD 3500)
The OD 3500 is simply a base that accepts the OD 4000 series Binding Modules listed above. The 3500 provides a flexible and adaptive binding station to complement your paper punch. Installation is quick and easy: less than 5 minutes to install any of the 3 modules onto the OD 3500 base unit. And since the 3500 acts as a stand-alone binding station, when used with the 4000 or 4800 punches, it will free the binding modules from your punch and essentially double your production efficiency!

The PDI HD4170 is a heavy-duty coil inserter that is designed for low to high-volume production. Includes 12" (305mm) Dual Powered Adjustable Rollers, for easier more accurate coil insertion. This is a high-quality, all-metal machine that can hold up to your high-volume demands. It attaches to the back of any HD or OD series punch or can serve as a standalone unit.

Comb Binding Option (HD 4470)
This HD4470 comb spreader easily accommodates 11" long plastic combs ranging from 3/16" to 2" in capacity. It attaches to the back of any HD or OD series punch or can serve as a standalone unit. The HD 4470 is the new replacement for the OD4400 wire closing module.

Manual Wire Binding Option (HD 4270)
The HD 4270 Manual Wire Binding Module easily accommodates 14" long twin loop binding wire ranging from 3/16" to 1-1/4" in diameter (with a 3:1 or 2:1 pitch) and also works for wire comb. It attaches to the back of any HD or OD series punch or can serve as a standalone unit. The HD 4270 is the new replacement for the OD4200 wire closing module.
