OD 4012 Heavy Duty Paper Punch
The OD-4012 is a heavy-duty 11" punch that is designed for low to high-volume production. It includes the E-Z Change Die System and comes with both a manual and an auto-reversing feature that prevents jams. The OD 4012 uses 11" and A4 size dies with open 
sides for wider sheet punching capability. OD 4800 & OD 4000 dies and modules work on the OD 4012, adding additional useful life to existing equipment. It has easy "Paper to Pin" sight alignment, for balanced hole to edge margins on odd-sized applications and features our unique Punch Registration System that assures accurate margins on an 11" sheet regardless of which die is used. Punching capacity rated at 25 sheets of 20 lb bond paper.
The NEW Anti-Jam feature uses an overload detection feature to trigger an auto-reversing function to eliminate jamming.
Binding Station Options for the OD 4012 Punch: Important Note: These modules can stand-alone as individual binding machines or they can be attatched to the back of any HD or OD series punch!

The PDI HD4170 is a heavy-duty coil inserter that is designed for low to high-volume production. Includes 12" (305mm) Dual Powered Adjustable Rollers, for easier more accurate coil insertion. This is a high-quality, all-metal machine that can hold up to your high-volume demands. It attaches to the back of any HD or OD series punch or can serve as a standalone unit.

Comb Binding Option (HD 4470)
This HD4470 comb spreader easily accommodates 11" long plastic combs ranging from 3/16" to 2" in capacity. It attaches to the back of any HD or OD series punch or can serve as a standalone unit. The HD 4470 is the new replacement for the OD4400 wire closing module.

Manual Wire Binding Option (HD 4270)
The HD 4270 Manual Wire Binding Module easily accommodates 14" long twin loop binding wire ranging from 3/16" to 1-1/4" in diameter (with a 3:1 or 2:1 pitch) and also works for wire comb. It attaches to the back of any HD or OD series punch or can serve as a standalone unit. The HD 4270 is the new replacement for the OD4200 wire closing module.
