Punching capacity for both machines is dependent on punch pattern being used. The 6500 & 7000 are rated at 25 to 40 sheets or up to 80 pages of 20# bond (80 gsm). (15,000 - 18,000 sheets/hour). The NEW Anti-Jam feature uses an overload detection feature to trigger an auto-reversing function to eliminate jamming.

The PDI HD4170 is a heavy-duty coil inserter that is designed for low to high-volume production. Includes 12" (305mm) Dual Powered Adjustable Rollers, for easier more accurate coil insertion. This is a high-quality, all-metal machine that can hold up to your high-volume demands. It attaches to the back of any HD or OD series punch or can serve as a standalone unit.

Comb Binding Option (HD 4470)
This HD4470 comb spreader easily accommodates 11" long plastic combs ranging from 3/16" to 2" in capacity. It attaches to the back of any HD or OD series punch or can serve as a standalone unit. The HD 4470 is the new replacement for the OD4400 wire closing module.

Manual Wire Binding Option (HD 4270)
The HD 4270 Manual Wire Binding Module easily accommodates 14" long twin loop binding wire ranging from 3/16" to 1-1/4" in diameter (with a 3:1 or 2:1 pitch) and also works for wire comb. It attaches to the back of any HD or OD series punch or can serve as a standalone unit. The HD 4270 is the new replacement for the OD4200 wire closing module.
