Intimus BCS410 Business Card Slitter
 The BCS410 business card slitter by Intimus allows you to rapidly produce clean, professionally cut business cards at a speed of up to 375 cards per minute. Save an immense amount of production time by feeding 8½ x 11 inch sheets into the BCS-410 and free up production bottlenecks on your large cutter. It automatically strip the excess paper away from the cards and the hardened steel semi-self sharpening blades ensure years of operation without sharpening or replacement. Just two quick passes through the BCS410 slitter and your 10-up cards on 8½" x 11" sheets are cut down to 3½" x 2" with ease. Adjustable side guides give flexibility to move the paper feed position adjusting for out of register printing.

You can use most professional design software programs to create your cards, such as Quark, InDesign, Illustrator, Pagemaker, PhotoShop, Word and Publisher to layout your cards in 2 columns of 5 cards stacked. The first pass cuts your 8½ x 11 inch sheets down to 8½ x 3½ inch stacks. Then the second pass makes the final cuts at every 2 inches, sending your finished cards into the collection bin on the front of the slitter. The whole process takes just a few minutes to cut down 1000 business cards.
As an added bonus, the BCS 410 also includes components for quick and easy perforating and scoring. This gives you the flexibility to create fold-over business cards, occasion cards, tickets & more.
