Two vacuum systems in one - smart feeding & high speed collating!

A completely new concept in vacuum feeding and collating. The Plockmatic 1000 FeederPro is not only an 8-bin collator but also a 3 station feeder – block A with bins 1-2, block B with bins 3-5 and block C with bins 6-8. By one push on the display button the FeederPro switches from being a collator to a feeder. It is the ultimate addition to any of the Plockmatic BM 200/2000 series bookletmakers.

In most cases, today's printing environment needs to handle documents from digital printers/presses as well as from traditional offset presses and duplicators. In many occasions the finished booklet has been printed on different print engines and thus needs to be merged. Prints from a digital engine come pre-sorted whereas the offset press or duplicator require sorting/collating. All this taken together is a challenge for the finishing devices in order to keep a good workflow. The FeederPro System is designed to do the job

Merge colour prints from your offset/digital press with pre-sorted b/w copier/printer outputs and/or stock from your colour printer. The FeederPro system has been designed to meet the finishing requirements for documents being printed in either non-sequence or resequence order.
Each tower module contains 8 bins with an impressive 40 mm bin capacity. Up to three towers can be connected giving you 24 bins or the possibility to produce up to 96 page booklets. Handles sheet sizes from oversize A3 down to CD.

& reload them without stopping production.

Large size illuminated LCD display with easy to understand menus. Choose between collating or feeding mode, stacking or booklet making. Fill in formats and feeding order and go! Store your frequent jobs, find out statistics about jobs previously run, adjust speed, overlap and air flow to suit your specific job.
