The PL306 collator is a 6-bin friction-feed collator that can work inline with any Plockmatic bookletmaking system; it can also be used as a stand-alone unit. Each bin can hold up to 200 sheets of 20# bond in sizes up to 11-3/4" x 17" and as small as 5-1/2" x 8-1/4". Adjustable speed and other functionality gives you 100% control of your production. Combine any Plockmatic collating tower with a Plockmatic bookletmaker to create a truly automated bookletmaking system.
The Plockmatic 306 includes a logical and well arranged control panel for ease of operation. Starting
from the top: choose just collating or stapling/bookletmaking. If collating was selected, choose offset or straight stacking. Set counter mode then make a test run. The misfeed & double feed detectors are automatically set and ready for production.
