At CFS Products, we aim to please. All of the equipment and supplies that we sell are covered under our 15-Day Guarantee. Simply contact us to return your product - for ANY reason - within the first 15-days for a full refund (less the return shipping charges), it's just that simple!

For 15 days after delivery, be sure to hold on to all original packing material and paperwork. If your product(s) must be shipped back, all items must be returned in their original packaging and received in "like new" condition to receive a full refund, less shipping.

Arranging A Return Is Easy:

1. Repack item(s) in of all of the original boxes/ packing material.

2. Contact CFS to request a return at 1-888-237-3221 or via email within 15 days from receipt. CFS will try to help to resolve any technical issues on equipment. If still being returned, a Return Authorization Form will be emailed or faxed to you.

3. If defective or an error on CFS' part - we will arrange for pre-paid return shipping.

- if returning for any reason on the than above, we ask that you ship the product back (at your cost) to the address indicated on the Return Authorization Form. It is your responsibility to ship the product back and you MUST INSURE the freight for the full, original purchase price.

4. Upon receiving the returned product and meeting this criteria,* CFS will issue your refund/credit within 30 days.CFS will refund the original sales price, including any sales taxes, if applicable. Any shipping charges cannot be refunded.

*NOTES:
At CFS' discretion, we may decline your refund or may charge you a restocking fee for any missing items, or for items that are determined damaged or require service due to any misuse or obvious abuse.

Credits will not be issued for any returns sent back without a Return Authorization number.

If the above terms of this return policy are not met, a 20% restocking charge may be applied.
